Mini SPA business and House

Designer’s notes

We are making a floorplan for a house and home SPA business in an area of 10mx30m. We divide floorplan in 2 blocks : SPA in the front and house in the back. 2 blocks are connected by a hallway which also connected to power room/stair and elevator. - For the SPA we plan for reception/greeting area/retail products for sales at first floor, 4 massage beds in 2nd floor. 3 floor for sauna just incase. SPA Customers will use shared elevator and circular stairs. For the house, we plan 5 bedrooms. (1 at first floor, 2 at 2nd floor and 2 at 3rd floor (include master bedroom). We should have living room, dining, kitchen, laundry area. restrooms, stairs, elevator, offices. Japanese Gardens. Please help me to review it.
