Designer’s notes
I made this project for a small family with one kid near the beach. There is a private makeup studio that has its own entrance and 1/2 bath so clients do not have to walk through the entire house. The general style is Scandi mixed with boho and minimalistic. I hope you enjoy!

Hi Isabel ur houses are STUNNING! So I am recently married and newborn twin girls and we are living in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment (yikes) we have already purchased land and we just need to choose a house to build!

It would be great if you could build us a house plus Mia is building us a house so we are building both (the second house would be a vacation house for our families and us to use! They are helping pay since they are going to be staying in it!) I just have to decide which one!

Kitchen- I want marble counters and cream cabinets an island and lots of prep space I want a formal dining room as well as a bay window with a table and bench! Living room big grand fireplace and lots of seating big tv! Each bathroom should have a shower and bathtub a sink and toilet (obvi)! Backyard wide yard, pool playsets, the works!

Bedrooms- Bed 1: Master with walk-in closet + giant bathroom big tub big shower double sinks! Bed 2: Patel pink and yellow room with flowers, with an I for Ivy, small closet and jack and Jill bathroom to bed 3! Bed 3: Pastel purple and blue with butterflies with a W for Willow and small closet! Extra bedrooms neutral guest bedroom one bedroom should have a set of twin beds tho! Thanks!! Rly hope u can do this!!!
