ok! I want a 1 story house 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modern farmhouse is my style and I want a pool and a 1 car garage and I want it to sorta feel luxuries!

one of the bedrooms will be a nursery and the second one a kids bedroom and the 3rd a master suite
