PLANNER 5D B2B SUB-PROCESSORS LIST

Under the applicable License Agreement and Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), UAB Planner5D B2B acts as a Processor on behalf of its B2B Customers with respect to Customer Personal Data processed in connection with the Services.

To provide the Services, UAB “Planner5D B2B” engages its affiliated entity, UAB “Planner5D,” as a Sub-processor. UAB “Planner5D” provides infrastructure, software development, hosting, operational support, and related technical services necessary for the delivery of the Services.

In performing these services, UAB “Planner5D” may engage additional third-party service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, support, and technical operations. Such third-party service providers are engaged by UAB “Planner5D” under written agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with the DPA.

For the purposes of the DPA, all entities listed below are authorized Sub-processors of UAB “Planner5D B2B,” whether engaged directly by UAB “Planner5D B2B” or indirectly through UAB “Planner5D.”

Each Sub-processor is contractually required to:

• process Customer Personal Data solely on documented instructions from UAB “Planner5D B2B”;
• implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard Customer Personal Data; and
• comply with applicable Data Protection Laws.

UAB “Planner5D B2B” remains responsible to the Customer for the performance of its Sub-processors in accordance with the DPA.

The table below identifies the current Sub-processors authorized in connection with the B2B Services.

UAB “Planner5D B2B” may update this list from time to time in accordance with the DPA. Customers may subscribe to receive notifications of additions or replacements of Sub-processors in accordance with the procedure set out in the DPA.
