I have to admit that I was really curios about the current competition as using pastel colors is the brief and you certainly like using some very elegant dark tones. However, you don't disapoint! You have gone out of your usual beutiful signature style, which is also can be considerated you confort zone and overcome a challenge which is not as simple as it can seems. Once again you have been able to deliver simplicity, elgance and finess all in one room. The choice of forniture gives it a modern touch and the choice of wood and the stonewall add a touch of welcoming, warm rustic style. Sort of cottage-y feel for a place that seems to be designed to gather with family and friends. Using the floor to link all the elements together was really clever. You are always a step ahead with your projects. I seriously love this one. You are a versatile and very confident designer, flourishing project after project. ¡Esto es increíble! Me encantan las escaleras cortas que hiciste en la entrada, que le dan a la habitación un ambiente completamente nuevo. También me gusta la cocina y los colores neutros que elegiste. y, por supuesto, el azul también se ve genial. También creo que la pared que agregaste hace que el lugar se sienta más elegante. Hi Hall, thank you so much for your words. I really apreciate them. First, I'm happy that you did not give in with the present contest. I know that the brief was something that could have put you outside your confort zone but you pushed yourself and tried new solutions and ideas. It was success! Let me tell you that. Regarding my project, as you have seen, have gone for dark colors this time, keeping the pastel theme on forniture and some decorations. Yes, the floor maybe was too dark and I should have gone for a lighter one. I will keep in mind to be more careful with details next time! Do you think that my kitchen is sort of american-industrial? Mhhh... maybe! I would have gone for something more rustic and homely rather than that. However, thank you again and I hope to hear from you very soon. Good luck my dear.

Hola Yuri! Gracias por tu comentario, la cocina me pareció de ese estilo debido al uso del ladrillo y azulejo, pero ciertamente también podría ser de estilo rústico por la misma razón. Tu idea de mantener los colores pastel en el mobiliario fue bastante buena ya que hace resaltar el proyecto. También espero noticias tuyas pronto.

Hello Hall Pat, thanks for your comment. I like your project, theidea to work with different floor levels is very clever and creates very well defined zones. The blue and sand tones create a very soothing atmosphere.

Hola!!! Me gusto la paleta de colores que utilizaste combinado con la piedra, los escalones le dan el toque pero no se si en la vida cotidiana serian prácticos, me gusto la utilización de las cortinas ya que en la cocina esas son mas practicas que las de tela pero que ambas tengan el mismo color es genial. Y una sugerencia que te haría o que yo personalmente hice es utilizar las plantas de especias en la cocina en vez de los libros... Pero como conclusión me gusto mucho tu trabajo, te espero en mi proyecto! Saludos!!

Thank you for the comment. Your design looks so nice. As for the round painting in my design, I just used the multicolored painting that looks like pour art, and enlarged it, and I think I might have rotated it too, but I don't really remember.

¡Hola! Realmente me gusta su proyecto, especialmente la pared de características y la combinación de colores. Quizás en el futuro, elija un papel tapiz más pálido o una o dos paredes en ese color. Excelente trabajo Hall. Salió nuevamente tu genialidad al hacer altos y bajos en el piso. Buenos tonos pasteles, así son en realidad, los míos fueron muy claros. Cada cosa en su lugar, no cabe duda que merecías nuevamente el primer lugar. He tenido problemas para comentar por las críticas constructivas que hago de seguro. Espero que te llegue mi mensaje.
