Rendering Improvements

19.09.2017 09:57:10
We’ve made some rendering improvements, so your HD snapshots can look even more realistic!

Check out the images below to see a comparison between an earlier version of an item/snapshot, and what it looks like now with improvements.

Sharper, less ‘grainy’ imagery
We have removed most of the noise from the graphics, so the surfaces are more uniform and do not have small dots or variations of brightness. You will notice less graininess with the improved smoother graphics!

More realistic materials
Metal, bricks, tiles, wood and other materials will look more realistic. Notice the improved colors, shadows and textures. Instead of the very bold colors and smooth color distributions that are usually seen in computer graphics, the updated items have a more realistic color and texture. Take a look at the shadows and reflections – it is easier to see how light falls in the room and understand what a material is like. In the room snapshots, you get a better sense of depth and can almost feel the textures – like a real photo!

Faster renderings
You heard us! Renderings will be completed about 2 to 4 times faster. Instead of waiting 1-4h to complete an HD render, they are now made in 30min – 90min.

Hi. Quite easy, actually: - open a certain project of Yours; - hit "Photo" icon; - a menu will appear, allowing to choose snapshot quality; - choose "HD". That is it. Of course, at least some HD snapshots should be purchased before :D

Hello, I tried a draft render and one of my lights was not "on", so the picture is very dark. Is it the angle you think? or does it get fixed once it goes to HD?
