Planner 5D Ceases Operations in Russia and Belarus. Press Release
Planner 5D today announced the cessation of its operations in Russia and Belarus, effective immediately.
[Vilnius, Lithuania, 1 March 2022] — Planner 5D, a leading interior design and home planning software company, today announced the cessation of its operations in Russia and Belarus, effective immediately.
The decision comes in light of the recent European sanctions imposed on certain jurisdictions, which have made it increasingly challenging for businesses like Planner 5D to operate seamlessly. Additionally, the company has faced insurmountable challenges in accepting payments from these regions, further complicating its ability to provide services to its valued customers.
"We deeply regret the inconvenience this may cause to our users in Russia and Belarus," said Andrey Ustyugov, CEO of Planner 5D. "Our primary concern has always been to provide top-notch services to our users worldwide. However, the current geopolitical and economic landscape has made it untenable for us to continue our operations in these regions."
We want to assure our users from these regions that they will still have access to the interiors they've created on Planner 5D, albeit with limited functionality. We understand the effort and creativity that goes into every design, and we're committed to ensuring that your work remains accessible.
For those users who have relocated or have access to our platform outside of these affected regions, we warmly invite you to continue using Planner 5D. We remain committed to supporting our global user base and will continue to explore avenues to serve our customers in the affected regions in the future, should circumstances change.
