Refund Policy

Planner 5D wants you to be happy with your new purchase. If you are having issues with a product and you need our support, please visit our help center. We will do our best to promptly assist you.


Planner 5D uses the system of recurring payments for subscriptions: your card is automatically charged at the beginning of every billing period depending on the subscription type you’ve chosen (i.e. monthly, yearly, etc.). If you choose yearly subscription, we will charge the whole amount of subscription period (i.e. 1 year) in a lump sum. If you’d like to stop further subscription renewals, you should cancel your subscription in the settings. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your billing period.

Please note that you will not get a refund for unused subscription time, but you will be able to use paid features until the end of the paid subscription period.


Our paid subscription fees for use of Planner 5D digital content are non-refundable, except for the case when the delivered digital content is proven to be defective.

The delivery of digital content (such as in-app items) starts at the moment when the digital content is added or enabled on your Planner 5D account or otherwise is made accessible to you.

Therefore, you do not have a right to withdraw from a transaction or obtain a refund once delivery of digital content (virtual items) has started, at this point your transaction is final.


We are putting every effort to enhance the functionality of Planner 5D and to offer you a great product. However, if the digital content you’ve purchased from us is found to be defective, please contact our help center within 14 days of the purchase date, providing the following details:

  • Date of transaction;
  • Type of subscription (i.e., yearly, monthly etc.);
  • Description of defect (you can add screenshots or other material showing the manner in which the content is defective).

We will examine your case and will do our best to remedy the defect if it occurred due to the reasons attributable to Planner 5D. If confirmed defect cannot be promptly rectified by us, we will offer you a refund.

Once your refund is approved, you will permanently lose access to the content. Refunds from Planner 5D are made to the account used to make the original purchase. We may deny any refund if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above.

Please note that Planner5D is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected email, for downloading, or other communication system delays, and other issues which arise on the side of the user or any third party due to which the product may not work properly.


In case your payment card has been charged without your authorization (e.g. the card was stolen or compromised), your payment service provider (i.e. bank or other credit institution) is responsible for a refund of such unauthorized payment. We suggest you to immediately contact your payment service provider in case of an unauthorized transaction to get further proper guidance.
