Without renders it doesn't make sense, because in real life IT would be like the renders not sketch, so please check renders before criticize, and thank you for your feedback

Firstly, double sink (rejoice! don't need to fight). I like how the bed loft is elevated with a quaint little square-shelf-staircase. Plus you managed to squeeze the writing desk in! But will have to watch my head as I wake up haha. Love the designer TV console too

Lo que más me llamo la atención es la cama elevada y el como usaste las baldas para formar unos escalones, sin embargo no estoy muy de acuerdo con la cocina en la entrada, viéndolo desde un punto habitable sería por dónde mayormente se pase, por lo que podría provocarse un accidente. Esto claro viéndolo como una persona que viviera en el lugar, la idea es inovadora eso sí. El ahorro de espacio con el escritorio bajo la cama también es agradable. En cuanto a la sala y el baño, la sala me parece lo bastante espaciosa y cómoda, el baño también es agradable. Me gusta el color de la cama y el sofa. Hi Kahem. The idea was to create a sort of "anteroom" with that entryway. The screen is movable, so you can open it when you want. I like the places where there is a passage between the outside and the inside, a sort of distance between the macrocosm and your personal microcosm. I used the wood for the wall to create a welcoming feel when you are coming home, and to mark that your are entering in a place of passage. So I'm happy with that and I stick with my decision over there but what really kills the layout is that big wardrobe that I put in the living room. Worst decision ever. About the colors I actually paired them... the problem is that I used three different palette of colors, plus some extras, thinking that the grey would link all together. Great mistake. The three different palettes actualy pounches each other. I should also have chose softer colors for the accents leaving a brighter one for the small details. Overhall I had fun design it and that's what it is about for me. I'm not a professional,

The layout of that place has something brilliant. The place it self, more than a small appartment, it is a mini-appartment, which offer not too much in term of space, expecially thinking that you cannot open or create new walls. However you have gone really creative and ingenious there. You had one goal. Make the most of that space and you used your grey matter to achieve it. Some solutions are incredible simple but yet you are the only one in 16 pages that have gone for them. The zoning is brilliant, the style and choice of colors creat consistency in a calm and relaxing enviroment. The wall wordrobe that mirrors the accent wall in the bathroom is a classy touch. There is a certain ammount of quirckness in your design. The outside walls, the small patio outside which is another brilliant solution for space. The only think that I don't like is the floor. Is it carpet? I'm not a fan of carpet at all. If it is not, still I don't like it. It would be nicer, in my opionion, something to create some motion in

I find some interesting ideas in your project: the loft bed is a very good solution for a small apartment, and your living room area look really nice and well-coordinated. What I do not like it is the kitchen with the washing machine in the entrance: it is not the first impression you want to give your guest, and it is not the best place to work... You could have put the washing machine in the bathroom but I understand that you wanted the second sink in there, which make it look more elegant... Good luck with the contest.

Λατρεύω το κρεμαστό κρεβάτι με το γραφείο από κάτω. Λατρεύω τον τοίχο στον οποίο εστιάσατε σε κάθε μικρή λεπτομέρεια.
