RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Planner5D wants you to be happy with your new purchase. If you are having issues with a product and you need our support, please visit https://planner5d.com/forum/ or send us a message at feedback@planner5d.com explaining your problem.

If you are located in one of the European Union member states, as a general rule, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day when the purchase in question is made. However, digital content, which is not supplied on a tangible medium, such as in-app items, is not eligible for a refund unless the content is defective.

THUS, YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A TRANSACTION OR OBTAIN A REFUND ONCE DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT (VIRTUAL ITEMS) HAS STARTED, AT THIS POINT YOUR TRANSACTION IS FINAL. YOU THEREFORE EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, CONSENT AND AGREE THAT DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT (VIRTUAL ITEMS) COMMENCES AT THE MOMENT THE DIGITAL CONTENT (EG. VIRTUAL ITEM) IS ADDED TO AND/OR ENABLED ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR INVENTORY OR OTHERWISE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO YOU FOR DOWNLOAD OR USE.

Refunds for purchases may be available only in the following cases:
  - Unauthorized purchases: if a purchase was made on your account or with your payment method that you did not permit. Note: It is important that you keep your account information and password private. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not be eligible for refund.
  - Defective purchases: if a purchase you made was not delivered or is defective.

In the above-named cases you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of transaction. To start your refund procedure please send your refund request to hello@planner5d.com. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help. If your refund is approved, you will lose access to the content. We may deny any return if it fails to meet our return criteria stated above.

Refunds from Planner5D are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amount of time depending on how you paid. If you have questions on refund timelines, contact us at hello@planner5d.com.
