im not trying to ruin anything but it did not ask for a dining room it asked for small main areas like kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

realy nice job hall pat, i like the color sheme and the layout, just the wardrobe not sur if it's goid in the entry it feels to big for the entry, but you did great, do you have renders ? as always i like see the renders :)

Hi Hal! It is alway a pleasure read your comments about my work and don't worry, I never get offended by them. You are always very kind and honest in your reviews which is what I want. Honesty. As I told you, I like to improve my self and the only way to do so is being open to positive and negative criticism. My design as several defects. The wardrobe was one of the worst and stupidest mistakes. It basically killed the space. The colors, is another thing that I regret. I like to use bright and quircky colors, just like in an '80es cartoon but they are too many. I should have sticked with the a 3 or 4 color scheme chosing something less invasive for the accent and keeping something brighter for small elements. I don't know if I have got potential but for shure I'm having fun with this game. The random stufff that you have seen in the room? I thought that it was erased but apperently not! However, let's talk about more serious stuff....

This room is another prof about your skills. You are able to deliver elegant designs with a certain degree of creativity. You restrained your self using a small palete colors, and let me tell you, I'm not a big fan of red but how you use it, the shade chosen, the move of using a that grey makes that color brings drama and brightness in your room. That's not simple to acheive. First calss design on that as well how you used the brick on some of the walls. Needles to say that the room layout is spot on. Functional and livable. You made the most of the space from a very small place. That's something remarkable. If I have to underline two thing that I'm not convinced, the first is the floor on fhe bathroom. Is that a carpet? I hope no. I'm not a fan of carpets expecially in the bathroom. The second thing is the fridge. Where is it? I think it should be a fridge there. That's it. I love your design. I'm on board with your project! Good look! I'm on page 15. Next time don't foget to put the number of your page!

Hola hall Pat me gusta tu estilo es un buen apartamento aunque tenga mucho el color rojo pero igual es increíble :D

I think the use of that painting as a wall was a genius move. The colours are nice and the fact that you have successfully placed two sofas and two TVs in this small apartment is commendable.
