The one-bedroom home boasts a spacious kitchen, dining, and lounging area with a modern open-concept kitchen leading to a comfortable lounge featuring a large modern sectional facing a TV. 

The project’s uniqueness lies in its adept use of diverse materials: brick, wood, stone and green walls, blending cohesively for an aesthetically pleasing result. The fusion of modern and rustic elements throughout the home is evident, with furniture pieces and cabinets embracing a rustic design. However, a contemporary twist is added by painting the rustic wood in black and white tones, resulting in a warm, welcoming, sophisticated design.
