Desirable tech home for a sorority

The home is designed to fit the personal needs of teen sorority, designers, youtubers, or gamers who are at the age of 18 and up who want to live together. It can be suited for others but the home was specifically designed for the listing on the top. The home can house 5 or 10 people if making them share beds. The home is a 2 story house and is modernized to suit the categories needs and has 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, and 3 living rooms plus has a large amount of tech. (PS): The stairs case to second for is not seen because of the fault that I don't know how to make a hole for the stirs
