Designer’s notes

A former garage has been thoughtfully transformed into a cozy 45 m² apartment, designed with sustainability and comfort in mind. The layout includes a separate bedroom divided by elegant glass doors, a modern bathroom, and an open living area that flows seamlessly to the outdoors. Outside, a small pool and a chill-out corner with a compact fireplace create a perfect retreat, while green, eco-friendly materials and solutions tie the entire space together into a harmonious, sustainable living environment.
