Designer’s notes

This is a Primary Bath remodel to both modernize and optimize the space plan. Upgraded shower to 6'x5' with bench and two shower heads. Rain tile strip to draw shower head plumbing through. The layout allows the owners to reach the closet between the two vanities and a newly installed tub on a 4" platform to acommodate plumbing. New window in shower, using existing windows around bath. New exterior to backyard deck and hot tub. New slider door from primary bedroom, saving space with a modern slider. Enjoy!
