Dear Hall Pat, thanks a lot, I am happy that you like my project. Taking into account that white and brown belong to my favorite cappuccino palette I decided to use this chance to practice a little bit with difficult yellow color and I really like the result. Also I was always obsessed with the idea of the sink in front of the window, so I did it, even so I value big windows and natural light so much and I am always very careful with putting furniture in front of the windows.

You have created a very beautiful space. I really like both the color composition as well as the layout of the furniture and the decoration of the space. The yellow color is perfectly placed, which gives the room a special charm. Nice.

Hallo Maryna, thanks a lot for your comment! I love your project, is really neat and the layout of the kitchen with the shelves turning around the corner is really clever. That yellow accents make it more lively but are not overwhelming. To answer your question, I made the beams using the window sill. As it is made with the magic cube, you can rotate them using the CTRL+ Shift keys. It is tricky to obtain the right angle, but I think it opens a lot of possibilities.. Good luck with the contest!

Hi, I like vary much the continuity of the shelves from the kitchen to the living room, and the yellow looks very good with the browns, great project!

Hi Maryna, thank you so much for your kind words about my project. Yes, the kitchen is too cluttered and that's because I chose a different layout at the last moment. Basicaly the orignal project had the two main zones inverted. So the kitchen was were the living room is now and viceversa. I wanted to try something different from my first idea and the result is an half disaster in term of using the space available. However, let's talk about the real deal. Your project. Oh well, what a beautiful design! I love how it seems to incorporate rustic and modern elements in a very harmonoius way. The soft creamy tone of the walls softs the beautiful dark floor and links all the elements together. The floor makes stand out the yellows and the whites which seems to create light in the place. The layout is really clever! I love how the top of the kitchen bend and become a book case. There is a lot of space in this very welcoming place! I love it!

Hellos! This is very cool. I love the colours especially the yellows and the dark browns, they go perfectly together. Everything is arranged very well! I love the large kitchen that flows into the living room, which is pretty smart. I love the cabinet design below the tv. My project is on page 2 if you want to come and see!

Maryna, this is great! I like how you maximised the wall surfaces by building the wooden shelves and book shelf - which doubles as a TV console! So creative! Am voting for sure!
