bed slides back to make a sofa, table top folds down and sits on metal flower stand for dining or working from home. steps on each side of bed lift up for storage and up to patio. t.v. is on a swivel arm to see in bed or against the wall. w/d installed and mirrored backsplash installed. cupboards hide fridge/freezer, closet and other storage.
