Designer’s notes
This home is a two story home with a roof. It has a master bedroom with walk in closet, as well as two bedrooms, one used at the moments as mine if it were real, and another being as a movie, game room. The first level has a front entry, mud room straight outside of the two car garage, as well as a good sized powder room and laundry room. As well as a open concept in the back with plenty of entertaining space with a family room, kitchen, and dining table. The back patio is also perfect for summer time entertaining. Plus there is a nice pool on the side of the house and a big tree for kids. There is also room for plenty of cars to park outside the garage. Another nice thing about this amazing wooden home is that on the second level the living room looks straight down into the entry way with windows all around. There is even a piano for playing. The master bedroom also has a tv of it's own connecting balcony outside facing the backyard. On the second level there are two bathrooms, the first one is for the kids with just a shower and usual bathroom essentials. The second is the parents with the same as the kids except more room with a bath tub. This home is perfect for a small family that either has no kids or one child. I hope to build this someday maybe for my parents.
