I know you are saying it is a modern house but i think it was supposed to be an hotel room... It is really cool though!! I will be voting for you!! My favorite thing is the painting in front of the two chairs and the table. my only suggestion would be to make the table in between the two chairs a coffee table instead of an ottoman. But other than that It is awesome! Please check out my design on page 11!! :)
