This is just a small hangout place. I represented this as a dorm because of how small it was. To me the sofa/couch would be a pull out be and there is a desk for study. As you can see this small place has lots of furniture. I put a lot of furniture because I wanted to light up the place a little and not leave a lot of space behind... I hope you like it.

This is a comfy college dorm I have created. Now there is a desk for study, a closet for clothes, a sofa/couch for sleep (pull out sofa/couch) and sitting. Also, I have put lots of furniture to make the space a little brightened up. It doesn't have a lot of room but it will still be a comfy dorm. Enjoy! ????

I made this a tiny livable space. This space has a sofa to relax in and a kitchen with a dining room attached to it. As you can see the eating place is right by the kitchen. Even if the eating TABLE is right by the kitchen it is very spacious and livable. I had a hard time figuring out how to turn this into a kitchen and a living room. Please Enjoy. ;)

So I have designed this tiny room into a squished but livable place. A lot of you might see it and think it is really squished up or just too crowded but if you see closely there is ways to go through and eventually it isn't as squished as you might think. There is a big space next to the couch and a TV where you can sit on the couch or the bed to watch. Because the theme is New Years I decided to add a snowflake to mention that it was new years because Christmas and new years is close together. Also, New Years a lot of people try to have a fresh start so I decided to add some plants representing fresh and Cleaness to represent cleaness. Sorry if I have some grammar issues or other mistakes but THANKYOU!
