My brother(who really doesn't have enough creativity to build a house)made this penthouse unit, the unit is good for 2 people, to enjoy the good view of the city(because the unit would be at the 25th floor) he'd put windows and a sofa near it to take some relaxation and unwinding, the unit provides everything a city person needs.
