if you can, can you answer this. do you have problems loading projects? I can't get into my projects and I am wondering if anyone else had this problem if not it is because of the website or when my brother dropped my laptop very hard on the ground!

When you are no longer able to load projects it is because the RAM is insufficient. It also happens to me if I make complex projects or houses with many rooms and many objects. Try simple projects. Or you need to increase your computer's RAM if it is possible ....

thanks but I think it is a website problem because I restarted my laptop and signed out but nothing helps

could you message security@planner5d.com for more complaints about loading things and sending renders to the gallery this would help so much and have sent 4 messages to them and a friend on here sent 2 and I am asking more people so the problem gets fixed!
