Modern house with two apartments

Designer’s notes

The house was inspired by Olivia's ideas. Olivia lives with her partner and son. I envisioned the boy as a college student, and based on that, I designed the apartment. The house has two floors, there is an apartment on each level. Upstairs can be reached by elevator , but for safety a small staircase has also been built. The upstairs apartment is a bachelor apartment. So if the boy wants to move in , the apartment can be rented out. Both apartments have a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchens open onto a small barbecue terrace. Alternatively , the other half of the kitchen and the living roomopen onto a large lounge terrace. The house has its own garden.
