How did you get another wall?

I love your project. You went above and beyond with that outside area and honestly I don't know how to top that. One thing though you paintings are a bit much which takes away the attention from each individual one. Also your second curtain is out of place... That being said, you are super creative with that step up dining room, and the living room is super open and with such a great vibe. I'm on page 4

I like the cubes on the walls and the accent area rugs. They set off the room. And the outside area amazing! You sure take time to add more than required for each plan.

Hola Erin. Primero que nada déjame decirte que me asombro el área de exterior, muy buena idea. Dentro, me parece realmente espacioso, incluso con el mobiliario lo mantuviste amplio con el espacio perfecto para circular sin molestias. Me gusta como combinas el estilo rebelde y moderno. Los detalles de color que agregaste son muy importantes, pues ayudan a el ambiente de la habitación además de resaltar. La pared de acento es muy interesante. Los renders son muy bonitos. Felicidades, hiciste un trabajo muy completo y agradable :)

ME ENCANTA! Es el proyecto más bonito que he visto hoy! Luminoso, elegante y moderno, es increíble. Te mereces ganar de verdad! Has trabajado todos los detalles increíblemente y los colores que había que utilizar quedan estupendos entre ellos!

Wow Erin, I'm blown away. Every time I think I make something great, I look at yours and know I can be better. Lets start with the outdoor area. It is so beautiful, with the stone patio and outdoor lighting. The layout of the living room is perfect. I like your different designs on the chairs. They add lots of character to the design. And the fireplace puts the modern touch on the living room. I like what you did with the raised floor of the dining room, only problem is that it goes out of the house. The paintings with the wall paper are very innovative. And my favorite part of the design is the black/white cubicles. Your so creative!!! I'll be back with my vote soon! Hi Erin! I really like this design. The outdoor seating area is my favorite part. Personally in the indoor area I think there could've been less fabric colors and such because they sometimes clashed against each other. But I still like how you stuck to the theme and brought all three of the colors into your design. Good Job!

So cute! I love the rainbow pillows! They bring a bright squirt of color, but does not clash with the gray at the same time!

Nice project. The entrance to the room is interesting. The color of the wood gives a particularly pleasant feeling. I like.

Erin! What a triumph! That's a sofisticated, refined, very lavish design. A statment of your maturity as designer. I always thought that you have got skills but this project exceeded all my expectations about your work. Let's start with my only negative criticism. A piece of floor cames out the wall! (Continue).

The grey walls are a good choice to set the tone of the room which is calm, relaxing and elegant. It makes stand out beautifully the feature brown wall, I love your choice of a wood panel, it introduce a touch of country home in that scheme. A touch which is not overpoweing. I love how your carried the black and white theme with that storage space. You are very, very clever indeed! Then, because you like to remind us how bold and brave you are, that piece of art which is a statement of style! I love how you used art on the other walls. You have an artistic sensibility that add dept to every design. You were not satisfied so you plaied with textile and rugs, going again very bold but not bonkers! Once again it proved the grey walls a good choice. I love how the wood floor links all together. The layout of that room is perfect and the upside that creates a small dining room is another clever move (continue).

And than you create also that rustic patio outside! Erin, you delight and entertain with a maturity and an awarness that many designers here only dream about it. That's the seal to a great project. One of the best here for sure. I think that you are becoming one of my favourite designers. I think you already are. I always said that here there are two designers that I particulary love but not there are three. I would like to be able to give you a more elaborated review but honestly I don't know if I'm able to do that. For sure you have my vote. BRAVA! Please, if you have time, have a look to my project. Holy Cow! This looks amazing, Erin! Let me start with the hanging storage boxes. It was really creative, and I haven't seen any other design with that! Way to think outside of the "box!". Next, I really liked the accent wall. It makes the room feel a little more put together, so well done on that. I like the rustic but super modern fireplace, it looks spectacular! Lastly, the outdoor area is sleek and goes with the rest of the area, so well done on that as well! Overall, I really liked your project, you can count on my vote! -Soccer :)
