Just to be clear.. This is part of a complex that houses 14 of these flats side by side. They are intended for students. See this as a type of dorm room. Because there are not many dormitories on campus, these flats are very sought after. I would personally rent out the whole unit for myself, using the one bedroom as a study. But then i would have to pay double the rent to the landlord as he is expecting two people to occupy the space. This is the biggest unit of three: There are single bedroom apartments and bachelor apartments also available.
