Tatjana thanks for your comment. The placement of the two sofas in the room is a very common style in hotels. What they do is the place them opposite to each other making better use of space.

As for your project you always go above and beyond. Nice try doing more than one floor but I'm afraid that Hall Pat already beat you to it. He has 3 floor lol. Great job with your project. Hopefully I'll get up to your league one day haha.

Hi Tatjana, I have no idea how much time have you spent for doing it, but I would love to stay at such place forever. Amazing combination of colors and the atrium is a dream. You even have the swimming pool. I can not decided what am I more impressed with the atrium or the swimming pool. It is my favorite design in this round of contest.

Hi Tatjana. That's a rahter ambitious project and going for such complex scheme and extensive building could easily going wrong. If your are not skilled enough and that's the case. You certanly have got some serious talent. Not only you are able to envise such mammoth task of building an extra story and extension. You are actualy able to deliver it properly! The bedroom is like entering in a green dream. Everything that sorrounds you has a calming influence. You have introduced an element of quirkiness with that big piece of art behind the bed! Which I like very much. I love the choice of materials. The walls, the floor and expecially the ceiling!!! I think that you have done something that a lot o people didn't. Even very strong and talented designers. You paied attention to the ceiling. Very well done! I love that dark, intense color! (Continue)

The room layout is beautifuly done. I love the little porch that you have built before the main entrance. It creates a little space of transition between the outside and the inside that I really like it. You paied attention to details and the shelves with plants are a really nice touch. The balcony is a simple but very enjoyable space. That swimming pool is an amazing feature for this house! Than there is the staircase! What a wonderful work of art! Ant finally that's the second story! Oh my goodness! I don't now where to start! That's one of the most refined and elegant designs that I ever seen here. It is bold, it is beautiful. I love how the "table-pit" connect the floor with the bed room! I suppose that there is a glass there! A beautiful way to let the sun light enter downstair. The circular decoration on the wall is the focal point of the room. I love how space you have got to sit! And you even created a second balcony! Tatjana. Possibly this is one of my favourite projects this time! You have exceeded your self! BRAVISSIMA!

WOW ...It's amazing! The upstair with its open floor is fantastic. I like the upstairs terrace. The pool is a great idea. And the bedroom is indescribably fantastic. :)

This ain't a bedroom it's a house that I need to move into RIGHT NOW! You were so so so creative this is amazing! I love how you thought outside the box and think that this really looks like a house that someone in the tropics would live in. Please look at my design on page 26.
