This is awesome!!!! It was very creative to add a deck to your design!!! I like the placement of the bar seating because it is out of the way of the middle of the floor. Wow! the textures are amazing! I love the counter with the pebbles and the floor is fantastic, maybe although it may not go so well with the striped rug, but the whole thing is very good!

My building is on page 1 I believe so if you want to check that out it is on Page 1.

Pretty! I struggled with the theme this time and ended up with something a tad bit modern. Now I see what an old town design is! And it does not look stuffy/ outdated at all! :) Love the checkerboard flooring - the woodgrains actually lends a feel of modernity. The overall layout is functional too. Im learning something new from you all every week.

Oh wow! Just, wow. That floor it's a game changer, isn't it? I mean, there is definitly retro style, which I like it, and it is something you could expect in a sort of folly, which it makes me like it even more! It is strange, maybe on the edge of being akward as you chose a style which is quite "sober". But it works, it brings your room to life and create a strong, but pleasant, sense of drama. You know what? I can picture that room as a set in a Tim Burton's movie. I love the beautiful granite top for the kitchen! Using a stone is a cleve move! It gives more depth to the design! I can see that you cared about the details in your design. Very well done! I'm voting for you! Good luck!
