Hi Soccer! Yes, indeed you have gone for a modern design this time but I have to move you just one negative criticism. I'm failing to see any references to the tropical theme of the brief. Not a shade of green, not a plant. No materials that can recall a tropical house. Nothing. Said that, is undeniable that you have skills. That's a clena, neat and beautiful desing. Very simple, solid and elegant. The neutral colors create a soft enviroment, very relaxing and the floor makes the bed room much "warmer" and "welcoming". The idea to build a partition between the entry door and the bed is a good idea. It creates a small entry way, which I like it and gives more intimacy and privacy to the bedroom. The art work on the wall add some drama to your design, which I like it. The balcony is a very livalbe space dedicated to socialization. It looks the perfect spot where to chat with friends.
