How house is this for Mia??

This house is my personal project that I’m nearly done with, I hope you like it :-)

Oh is great!!!!! Can you give me a discreption and why you made it!!

Um so basically I was playing around with colours and colour palettes and I wanted a dark-ish kitchen with light crisp countertops. This house when I publish it is a house that I’ve been working on for a while and it’s basically my dream house! I will probably be publishing it tomorrow as I’ve just got the 3 bathrooms left to do! :-)

Oh cool!!! What is your dream life when you are older??

So when I’m older I really want to be an architect and build people houses, my dream life is to design beautiful houses that people fall in love with! I love building family houses or big houses!

Oh!!!!! Thats cool. Do you love challenges??? I have a few in store!!!!

Yes I love to challenge myself so when you asked me to do a family farmhouse I was excited to do it because I’ve never done anything like it before so I did research on it and then made the house for you!

I really don't need any more designs for my self expect for the classroom. But I studied in design and art, so I know a few thing here and there. I would love if I could challenge you with really hard designs for everybody on planner to enjoy??? Is that okay?!

Yes that’s perfect because sometimes I struggle on thinking of designs to make so whenever I get a suggestion from someone I appreciate it because it gives me new ways to change myself! At the moment I’m working on 3 projects, your classroom, the house for Bellè and then my personal project so I’m quite busy which is good for me!

Okay!!!!!!!! I know you are busy but no rush!! I was thinking?? 1. A contanierment ship box house one story and the top story is half the size of the Botton. 2. I was thinking a REALLY tiny house that has to fit 20 people. 3.I was thinking a public park with bathrooms and etc 4. I was thinking a whole school full of classrooms and bathrooms and lunch room and etc. ANY QUESTIONS ON THE CHALLENGE ASK ME AND I WILL TRY TO ANSWER.

Those are really cool ideas and I will definitely do them when I’m not doing houses for people! Thank you for those suggestions I really appreciate it!!

I’m not sure yet! I’m only a teenager I’m just focusing on architecture, I also love designing rooms for children as I get to be creative!

I know. You could are really good at that. I am a child of a lot of siblings. One day in the future I would like you to try to recreate my childhood home if possible??

Hi Gracie, yeah ok so first off all what kind of stuff you design? 2. Find a style that suits you eg modern, old, rustic etc.. I’m glad you like my stuff! I’ve been doing it for just over a year now so I know how hard it is to do it! So in terms of inspiration: a tiny house, an old farmhouse or a modern family home, I hope that helps. Any more questions just ask me and I’ll do my best to reply and answer them :-)

Is it almost done!!!! Please say so!!!! I forgot to tell you that in the back of the class room where it had the dressers remove the windows and add shelfs above the dress with plants and paints and etc. Make sure the bathroom is so cute and decoded and Make sure the whole room is FULL OF DECOR AND PLANTS AND PAINTING AND ETC!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I know I have to do that. I’m still working on it, I can’t do it any faster otherwise it won’t be what you want.

AMV please also remember that I also have other projects to do as well, like the project for Bellè and my own projects

How much longer please guess??. And make sure to add storage baskets and bookcases too!!!
