Designer’s notes
this is a farmhouse kind of feel with 4-5 bedrooms depending on how you use the space. It’s main feature is a big airy living room with beams and an elegant chandelier. This house had an eating nook and a beautiful kitchen. It has a master bedroom with an en-suite with a bath and shower and double basins. Upstairs it has 2 kids bedrooms and a bathroom. The rest of downstairs has a playroom/ office and another child room. I hope you like it. This house was made for AMV.

NO WORDS.It is stunning, great, incredible, I LOVE IT. you did EVERY THING I ASK FOR.most people who I ask to make a small design just like one or two room fail but this is more than just a room it is great. I showed it to my sister and she was about to faint. I can not say anything else it is amazing. My sister and her husband have a 1 year old girl and are living in New England she currently lives in a town house and is planing on traveling across the world with her family because of her family job. I know it is a lot to ask but could you make her a really really tiny house 200-300 square feet and does not really matter how you design it she likes anything.I know that it is a lot to ask because you already made a house for me but you can make it in your free time just whenever.Thank Again Mia.

Thank you so so much AMV I really really do appreciate your opinion and this was a really fun project to do as I’ve never done anything like this before and it was enjoyable to make and challenge myself. I’m so so happy that you love it and I wish you luck on your house and I will build your sister a house soon! If you could give me some details and things on what she wants I will be very happy to do it!

For my sister she want VERY COLORFUL different colors red orange yellow black pink purple.the layout does not matter a lot but make it very very small with a 1 year old rainbow type and light and airy room. Thats really all that matter she is also expecting again but we do not know the gender so make a little conner in the master with a bassient make sure it is gender neutral. Make sure that she can move it ll over the world and stuff

Me and my sister are both traveling around the world too starting some time next month. I KNOW THIS IS A LOT but could you build me a mobile home just the same as my sister you can even just build one and copy it again and just do different layouts and styles. I will tell you some about mine next

For mine it is 200-300 square feet too I need a nursery in the master, in a conner with two bassinets with a boho wood style for the baby twin. I need a toddler room for the older twins and 3 year old, For that room it is okay if it and tight that is the point of a tiny house. I want a colorful style too. About the same layout for both of use. just mine mobile home will be more tight cause I have 5 kids and she has 1 and almost too.If you have any question ask in this and I will try to answer as soon as possible

I will use this house you made me for when I come home to visit me family. Do not think I will never use this house because it will go to good use of your time and so will the mobile homes you make for me and my sister.

Mia could you make me a house 2 story, 7 bedroom, 5 bath with and office, laundry and playroom all to be themed modern? For the bedrooms, 1 needs to be a master with a walk in closet and bathroom, 1 to be a 15 year old girls room themed mint and white 1 to be a 12 year old boys room themed red and black, 1 to be a 10 year old boys room themed sports, and 2 to be for twin girls themed pink and white with a large backyard and garage I would like you to do this before my other floorplan cuz that one will most likley take more than a month!!!!!!!!
