As house prices soar it's good to know someone out there has the next generation and their finances at heart. Introducing the house of the future. This ~1400 square foot home is the perfect starter home for frugal millennials and starry-eyed Zoomers. This house design boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full-sized baths, washer and dryer units, kitchen, living room, and small office space. Not only that but this house is also a smart home equipped with free wifi and automatic lighting and climate control. It truly is a dream home. As for the construction, the house is made of a mixture of concrete, rebar, and recycled steel. We believe in homes with integrity so sustainable and long-lasting was our goal when designing this home. The roof is equipped with a solar array and battery storage can be found tucked away in a compartment at the back of the house. Water is collected on the roof. Some models will also include turbines and other alternative power options.
