Designer’s notes

This house plan is intended for a house where two adults and one child of 1 year. It is located in the courtyard, ground floor and one floor. There is a garage and a huge yard, on the ground floor a little bathroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and a smaller storage. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a corridor,guest room,a child room and two terraces.The bed in the bedroom and the large children's room are designed for one child of different ages.
