Designer’s notes

Three-story villa with clean linear geometry and cantilevered slabs. A Pure White base is contrasted with vertical wood-textured panels, stone accents, and Charcoal Black glazing frames. A double-height glass corner with exposed staircase becomes the architectural focal point. Expansive terraces and full-height windows open toward landscaped grounds, blending transparency with modern elegance.
