Designer’s notes

This is an idea for a small, low cost, one person, space efficient, sustainable, guest friendly house. There is space in the backyard for growing food. The roof should have solar panels. It should use as low electricity as possible (Laptop, tv, videogame console all using efficient hardware. Shower may be gas fueled or use a solar water heater), and only a few furniture. Every room has a window in case the door gets stuck. You can watch TV from the sofa or bed. More people can fit in the living room if you pick chairs from the kitchen, or add more chairs. Leaving shoes at the entrance carpet like the japanese is preferred. I did not consider personal transportation for this design. House area: ~55m² Terrain area: ~138m²
