This is seriously our first house (my in laws guest house). The bed is a loft bed from Ikea (which is why it is so high off the ground). I don't know if it is possible to raise the ceiling to 10' as that is what we have. All dimensions are pretty damn accurate. I actually used this to figure out where we can put a crib as my wife is 22 weeks pregnant.
