Hi Kanak. It is an interesting design which had retained few elements from the brief. The distinctive purple element is there even if in a whole different place, the kitchen area. Honstly I'd liked to have the main door purple as well. The kitchetn is a brand new color. No lesser bold than the original turquise but definitly different. The nice rustic element of the exposed bricks is gone and the wallpaper used softned the place, linking all the element together. Maybe too much. It is a very good project but I think that you went a little too far from the original. Looking at it, whithout knowing the brief, I'll never find a link between that and Monica's apartment. What is missed here is a little flea-market style vibe that made the TV show set so vibrant and recognizable. You have skills and an eye for style. There's no dubt about it but I think that you missed the goal of this brief. However I will keep an eye on your projects. I think that I found an interesting designer to follow.

thank you for a very detailed and encouraging feedback . i had searched for Monica's apartment as i have never seen that before. i dint got the clear picture of her house so i had put my imagination in this project

Hey Kanak! Thanks for your comment on my project! I like your project. The colors of walls are good. I like that the kitchen wall is solid in color , so it makes it accentuated. I would have placed the dining table in front of the window and the dresser against one of the walls. This is just my opinion. The overall effect and the idea is good, I like it. :) You got my vote! :)
