Wooden Modern (Australian) house

Well I have an adopted 7 month old daughter and I am single . We were about to build a small apartment 2 bedrooms when I found out I was pregnant through artificial insemination with twins. Never in a million years would I have thought you would happen so now I need an even bigger house but still hoping to stay pretty small. I would like a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house. I you could every day post a draft until its is finished. When you walk in I would love a nice enter way, to your left I would love a small library/ play room. to your right I want a dinning room just for special times. Next a want a combined kitchen and small dinning area with room for Cove and the babies to eat. Ps, high chairs. I would love a small gym workout area for me also somewhere in the house. Bedroom number one I want to be my room with bassinets for the twins first months. Bedroom number two is for Cove I want open crib or toddler bedroom.
