Designer’s notes

we have a big family so this is my take on a hive. With 21 complete cells, all 7 bedrooms are around the outside(4 for children with 2 bathrooms between them and 3 suites for the adults which include a guest suite,)with communal living in the middle. The plan would be to have sky lights over all of the cells with no exterior walls, radiators in rooms around the outside, underfloor heating in the wet room bathrooms
