Hi Born. It is an interesting take to the Monica's apartment from FRIENDS tv show. You managed to stay on the brief but you make it yours. It look like a makeover the incorporate some basic concepts from the origianal place. The feel is more modern and in tune with the mode. Everything is bright and the layout underline what is basically a big, fresh, enjoyable space. I like the colors that you chose for the kitchen. It add that quirk-y element that a project like that requires. Overall is a lovely design, calmer and more contemproary, with a lite fashion touch, compared to the original but I really like it. I have to say that I my expectations for this contest are sky-high as I love the original apartment. Please, have a look to my project at page 3. I'm really interested in knowing what do you think about it. When I saw the brief I almost jumped on the cealing.

Hiya Born To Be Wild!! I really love how you did Monica's apartment, added some brightness to it, and some originality and a twist, and it still looks winning worthy!! I also really love how you paid a lot of attention, not just to the main colors, designs and details, but also to the small details and designs and colors, that many design battle contestants, didnt even bother to notice!! The entry way, the kitchen, and the living room, all look amazing!! All of them fit with the description, of Monica's apartment, however all of them all have a touch of your creativity and make it yours!! I must say that your design is truly more attractive then the original design in the tv show!!! Please check my project out, on page 4, i would love to know what you think of it, and your opinions!

This is beautiful! I love how many colors you included! I really like the sort of f.r.i.e.n.d.s feel it has to it with all of the bright colors and unique designs. My one suggestion is maybe make all of the kitchen cabinets the same color. I feel like the green and yellow colors don't go great together and the placement of the different color cabinets doesn't make it look super professional. Maybe next time, make the top cabinets one color and the bottom cabinets another color. That is just my opinion (you can totally disagree with me). Also I would like if you checked out my design (page 19) and commented your thoughts and opinions and what I can do better on. Thanks!
