I have 1 and a half year old twin girls. They share a room with cribs but do not make their rooms so girl wish but do not make it one hundred precent neutral. My older daughter is three nd a half so make her room toddler ish and a lot of purple and pink. the master I want to be a sun shine farm house style bedroom with a master bathroom. I want a kitchen, dining room and living room open concept and in the same room, I want it to be farm house style. I want 4 bathroom total. and I want it to be one story.

Hi, sounds good you liked my design, it's my pleasure and I think now is good to talk about other details as you may already know this my business and I have now 5 projects I'm working on with them, my cost is not too expensive in spite my work is good as you said. I want to deal with you many points:
1- For the total project I want 300$ the price is negotiable.
2- I send to you 2 photos and I can share with you more for those rooms( living room | dining room | kitchen | salon ) this part 1 if you like it and everything you agree on the design I need half of the cost.
3- Part 2 (3 rooms with bathrooms )is the same process as part 1.
4- For 2 toddler potty I have put it in the kitchen and there is in the picture.
5- For the project design and all the details you want I can share with you when we both finish what we should do.
