Old meets new in this cozy Scandinavian styled living room. Modern art and rustic touches work well in this space. The window seating is a great to watch nature with a warm drink by the fire or catching up on personal reading time. Based off of many different seasons of items to work with, this is my vision of the

This is my industrial/organically styled loft space. The original loft felt small so I made it made it custom. There's plenty of room to get work done featuring a double computer desk and custom millwork cabinets that double as the railing for the area. The kitchen has a feature wall that has living herbs to use while bringing nature indoors. The kitchen casework features highly sustainable and durable bamboo . There are dark cabinets under the stairs that function as the pantry/dry storage. Also, under the stairs is pet retreat. The dining area is just the right size for the room. The room divider is placed to provide privacy to diners, those going upstairs and privacy for the pet area. The living area is light, natural and has all the looks and functionality. The pop of color compliments the industrial and natural aspects of the room. I hope you enjoy my latest work and please leave a like and I may do the same in return! Stay safe and Happy Halloween!

This is my take on a modern living library. There is a ton of storage, space and functionality to the entire space. With plenty of ceiling lighting for activities, the floor lamps offer mood lighting. This is what I want if it were my house. This is my rendition of an Old Town remodel. The stylish modern design catches the eye and allows for functionality. Features a living wall and other organic touches to liven up the spaces. This is my final entry for these contests. They call it a battle and its more hand holding between friends and individuals voting for the same people every week. I'm ready to move on. I hate how all the winners always post contest renders and never anything outside that scope. I have so many large projects that I would like to show off besides the ones I have published. For the site to depend on all the participants to vote with little to no expertise,

Simplistic lounge and open library/workstations. The warm tone of the birch walls and ceiling accented by the skyline wall of the study. Both computers can serve as a media hub for all your entertainment needs. Its been a while since doing one of these and it was enjoyable to do it on a whim. I hope everyone likes it.
