This building contains two homes: One resident who lives on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. The ground floor contains 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, an open terrace with a pool, a walk-in closet, a garage, and a laundry room. The top floor contains two bedrooms, a laundry room, bathroom, a spacious kitchen, a stairwell, a living room, a garage, and a fresh-aired balcony. The yard is accessible and shareable by both residences.
