If the purchase is not activated and full access still locked, please send Apple invoice or receipt to martynas@planner5d.com.

We assure You to solve this issue as soon as possible.

In fact, uncomfirmed payment is 99% caused by unstable internet connection, so here's an advice how to solve the problem Yourself:

- try to kill/restart Planner5D; this way the app will get payment information and unlock full access;

- in a purchase window, please press "Restore" button, thus refreshing payment information and activating full access as well.
