FAQ / MAC App Lauch Issue

When app launch crashes with this message:

"Planner 5D.app is damaged and can’t be opened"

In order to solve the issue, please clean the Container:

- on Your MAC menu bar, click on "Go";

- a list will appear, press "Alt/Option" on Your keyboard;

- keep it pressed, till "Libraries" will also appear on the mentioned drop down list;

- click on that icon;

- catalog folder will open with a huge list, scroll down till You reach:

com.planner5D.Planner- 5D. macOS

- delete it;

- launch the app again.
