You can communicate with a designer via chat, where you can let them know all your preferences and additional materials you feel the designer needs to know. The designer will always be in touch with you. If you want to change something in the design of your room, then you can either write about it or make changes yourself in the project. If the designer sends you a message while you’re away from the site, you will receive an email notification.

The more information you provide, the closer the final result will be to your vision. Providing actual photos of your space and measurements helps a lot. Let us know if you have existing furniture that you want to keep. You can also send some references for the furniture you like and colors or finishing that you prefer for the surfaces, sofas, beds, walls, etc.

The designers will help you find out. They will ask you questions on what you want to change about your current room, how you will use the room, and how much time you plan on spending there. We will also tell you about different styles so you can decide which ones you like the best.

A lead designer will be assigned to your project, and will start working with you by asking questions about your expectations from the project. Then the designer will create a 3D model of your room. During the project, you will communicate online, provide feedback via chat, or modify your changes with our 2D/3D easy-to-use editor.

On average, the work takes one week, but it greatly depends on the complexity of your project and the number of changes you want to make.

Each package includes one room. You can purchase several packages, combining both Decoration and Overhaul packages as you need. Let the designer know that this is the same project and if you need them to stick to the same style.

There are several ways to do this. You can use a tape measure, paper and pencil, then draw it and send us a photo. You can record the room on video. You can take some photos and send them to us. You can use the built-in Measure app for iPhone or a similar app for Android.

Once you purchase the design package, the designer is normally assigned to your project within 1 business day.

You work with the designer until you are 100% satisfied. As soon as your comments are implemented, and you like everything, the designer finalizes the project and prepares high-res photos. After that, you can only make changes by yourself.
