So,I do not mean to tiny but in real life it would be about 800 to 1000 square feet if you know how much that is. I have 5 kids, a 3 year old adopted girl, "heart twins" 11 days apart 1 and a half years old, and twins 1 month old. The down stairs needs to include a kitchen with a eating nook, living room/ play room, master bed and bath and small sleeping area for newborn twins with bassinets. Upstairs/two lofts, I would love it it could be two lofts one on each side of the upstairs with one room for older toddler and one for heart twins. it is upstairs so I would like if it was toddler friendly with stairs to go up each loft and gates so not falling down, AHHH. I hope I included everything. I would like it do be done in a small amount of time about a few weeks if possible. If you have any questions please feel free to say I don't understand and give detail about what you do not under stand

Okay, let me repeat your wish is a house with 800-1000 feet, has 3 or 4 bedrooms, stairs with safety for toddlers. 1st floor includes kitchen, bathroom, playroom, master bedroom and babys room for twins. second floor with two bedrooms for toodler. is there anything missing? but I think this is a big house because it has 3 or 4 bedrooms. do you want a minimalist or modern type house? or do you have own type of house?

yes so the bedroom for the baby twins is on my room does it does not count it is just a little not for them with bassinets and chaining tables. it is 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom

For my sister 200-300 square feet she want VERY COLORFUL different colors red orange yellow black pink purple.the layout does not matter a lot but make it very very small with a 1 year old girl rainbow type and light and airy room. Thats really all that matter she is also expecting again but we do not know the gender so make a little conner in the master with a bassient make sure it is gender neutral. She was a Art Deco style with boho and very colorful. If you do know what type of style that is you can look it up

For mine it is 200-300 square feet too I need a nursery in the master, in a conner with TWO BASSINETS, in my farm house you only did not, with a boho wood style for the baby twin. I need a toddler room for the 3 year old girl and twins that are one and a half, For that room it is okay if it and tight that is the point of a tiny house. I want a colorful style too. Just mine mobile home will be more tight cause I have 5 kids and she has 1 and almost two.

So currently I am at the hospital and I really and I mean really need to tiny house done for me, you can finish my sister"s later. I have a really bad tumor in both of my legs and might have to get them amputated off. I know it is a lot to ask from you considering that you have other projects but I really need it so bad.
