From me you get the huge plus for trying to make the most of the space and get more square meters even when it seems there are no more of them, like in the sleeping room.

i love the apartment and how you utilized the brick wall cause very few did and no one reads the rules yet they still win smh. but one thing is is that this is an apartment an having to bed so high up wouldnt make sense because adults wouldnt sleep like that, and only kids would. i know it was for design but ya know im trying to make it make a little sense
